A major upgrade to Ayfie Assistant
The assistant you already know, now more capable and easier to use.
A new version of Ayfie Assistant is rolling out soon. The core experience stays the same. What's new comes down to three areas.
The assistant can now create Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, CSV and JSON files directly in the chat, ready to export without any copying and pasting. You can also analyse, structure and work through complex spreadsheets in the conversation itself.
Every answer includes precise source references, and you can preview the underlying documents without leaving the interface.
The new interface gives you a clear overview of your tools, apps, data sources and agents. Your own agents and your organisation's agents are gathered in a dedicated menu.
Creating and maintaining system instructions, favourite prompts and context is now considerably more intuitive. Each workspace can be kept private, shared with specific colleagues or opened to the whole organisation. That way, context, sources and the team's work are all kept in one place.
You can now export or delete all your data at any time, in just a few steps.
Administrators get a redesigned panel with better insight into usage, costs and statistics.
Security remains as strict as before. Your data is handled according to the highest standards for security and privacy.
